What contractors say about CableFi

We used to spend two days on a 400-drop bid. With Auto-Cable and Auto-Bid we're turning them around before the walkthrough is even over. Won three jobs last month we would've passed on.

PathFinder finally gave our PMs and foremen the same picture. Every cable, every drop, every change — right on the floor plan. Our RFIs dropped by half in the first quarter.

The cable schedule alone paid for the software. It matches the way we actually label and terminate, not some generic list. Our closeout packages went from a nightmare to a one-click export.

One system

Everyone works from the same job.

The plan, cable list, schedule and photos live in one record, synced to every phone.

  • Techs answer their own questions, no call to the office
  • Works offline, then syncs when the signal is back
  • The office sees the work as it happens
  • Phone: Techs update the job where they stand
  • Office: PMs and estimators see it as it happens
  • Field: The crew reads the same plan and list
  • Structured cabling
  • Cameras
  • Access control
  • Wi-Fi
  • Audio-visual
  • Fiber
  • Fire alarm
  • Intrusion
  • Nurse call
  • Building automation

Bid to closeout

From the plans to the invoice, one record.

Each step starts where the last one ended, so nothing is retyped and every number is tracked.

In the field

The job in every tech's pocket.

Techs open the job, work the cable list and the punch list, and every change reaches the office.

Questions owners ask

What does CableFi replace?

CableFi replaces 8+ separate tools with one system: estimating and takeoff, the CRM and Bid Board, projects and cable schedules, crew scheduling, the field app, purchasing, HR and time clock, and invoicing. The office and the techs work in the same app, on the same job.

Does the field app work without a signal?

Yes, it works offline. Techs keep working in a basement IDF or a building with no service yet, and their changes sync when the signal comes back.

Do I pay monthly or once?

Either. Starter Monthly is $200 a month for shops doing up to $500,000 a year, with up to 10 users and everything in Starter. Or pay once for a lifetime license with unlimited users: Starter is $2,500 and Professional is $5,000. Lead Intelligence, the optional prospecting add-on, is $75/month and you can cancel it anytime. It works with every plan.

How does the 12-month guarantee work?

Your operation will run 20% more efficient in 12 months or your money back. During onboarding we record your baseline: bid time from plans to a sent proposal, hours per job and admin hours. If your operation isn't running at least 20% more efficiently 12 months after kickoff, we refund the license price you paid. Applies to the Starter and Professional lifetime licenses, for shops that run their bids and jobs in CableFi.
