How do I get started with CableFi?

Book a 30-minute demo. We look at your trades and how you price work, then you pick a plan: Starter ($2,500) or Professional ($5,000), one-time lifetime licenses with unlimited users, or Starter Monthly at $200 a month for up to 10 users. You can also start from the pricing page.

How do I book a demo, and how long is it?

Pick a time on the demo page. It takes 30 minutes, and the calendar invitation lands in your inbox as soon as you confirm.

Can I import my existing customers, projects and price lists?

Yes. Onboarding covers moving your customers, projects, materials and past estimates into CableFi. Tell us what you use today in the form or on the demo.

Does CableFi work offline?

Yes. The field app works offline: techs keep working without signal, and their changes sync when the connection comes back.

How is billing handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe. A Starter or Professional license is a one-time payment; Starter Monthly is billed monthly. The optional Lead Intelligence add-on is $75/month and can be cancelled any time.
